What's Included
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened, used, or partially consumed vermicompost bags are not eligible for return or refund, due to the perishable nature of compost.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your support email] or messaging us on WhatsApp at [your number].

Please include photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used compost packs.

Items purchased under special offers, sales, or promotions, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

Products returned beyond the 7-day return window.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged/defective product or incorrect order shipped by us, Harit Mantra will bear the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
