Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship across all of India.

For delivery outside our coverage area, please contact us directly at care@haritmantra.com or +91-9253158893 before placing an order.
Delivery Timelines

Local deliveries (within Chandigarh Tri-city): 1–3 business days.

Other regions: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹299.

A flat delivery fee (₹40–₹60 depending on location) may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Any special delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (depending on your checkout details).

Delayed or Failed Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, Harit Mantra is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may need to bear additional re-shipping charges.
Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at care@haritmantra.com.

For accepted deliveries found to be damaged inside, please share photos/videos within 48 hours for resolution (replacement or refund).
